Guy is a true Portland native, born and raised here. He took his first restaurant job at the age of 14 learning his appreciation for the industry. Stepping behind the bar in 2001, Guy honed his skills to eventually be named Maine’s Bartender of the Year in 2012 and 2014. Guy’s love for his hometown and his insatiable thirst for all that is cocktail are integral to his creative and playful mixing style.
Most nights you’ll find him where he feels most comfortable, behind the pine. Come on in and try out one of his innovative concoctions. Be sure to say hi.
Chris Beaulieu joins Bramhall after many years at some of Portland’s favorites such as Old Port Sea Grill, Sebago Brewing Co. and most recently Sous Chef at Duckfat. His vision for the menu at Bramhall is to offer local ingredients with a creative touch.
From his sous-vide burger made with Archer Angus beef (from Maine), to his house smoked salmon and Charcuterie plates, Chris will continue to inspire his dishes with a local and seasonal influence.
Mike Fraser leads the team at making Bramhall what it is today. Starting in Bar Harbor as a bus boy at 19 and having been in the restaurant business ever since, Mike knows what his guests like. He maintains a vision at Bramhall bringing great food, creative drinks and most of all, an atmosphere you’ll want to come back.
Most recently he spent the last 9 years at Fore St Restaurant in Portland. He welcomes you to visit Bramhall and enjoy the “Unspoken and Savored” experience.
